Regional Sales Manager — Hawassa የክልል ሽያጭ ሥራ አስኪያጅ — ሐዋሳ

We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to expand Demoz's presence in the Hawassa region. You will identify prospective clients, demonstrate the platform, and build lasting relationships with businesses in the Sidama region and surrounding areas.

በሐዋሳ ክልል የ Demoz ን ተገኝነት ለማስፋፋት የክልል ሽያጭ ሥራ አስኪያጅ እየቀጠርን ነው። ተስፋ ያላቸውን ደንበኞች ይለያሉ፣ መድረኩን ያሳያሉ፣ እና በሲዳማ ክልል እና በአካባቢው ካሉ ንግዶች ጋር ዘላቂ ግንኙነት ይገነባሉ።

• Identify and qualify prospective business clients in the Hawassa region
• Conduct product demonstrations and present Demoz's value proposition
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with small and mid-size businesses
• Develop relationships with local business associations and HR networks
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Gather customer feedback and relay product improvement suggestions to the team
• Represent Demoz at local business events and networking opportunities

• ከአነስተኛ እና መካከለኛ ንግዶች ጋር ውሎችን ይደራደሩ እና ስምምነቶችን ይዝጉ
• ከአካባቢ ንግድ ማኅበራት እና የ HR ኔትወርኮች ጋር ግንኙነት ይገንቡ
• ወርሃዊ እና ሩብ ዓመታዊ የሽያጭ ግቦችን ያሟሉ ወይም ያልፉ
• የደንበኛ ግብረ መልስ ይሰብስቡ እና የምርት ማሻሻያ ሃሳቦችን ለቡድኑ ያስተላልፉ
• Demoz ን በአካባቢ የንግድ ዝግጅቶች እና የኔትወርኪንግ እድሎች ላይ ይወክሉ

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the Ethiopian business landscape
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Amharic and English
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Based in or willing to relocate to Hawassa

• Experience selling HR or payroll software
• Existing network of business contacts in Southern Ethiopia
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
