Regional Sales Manager — Bahir Dar የክልል ሽያጭ ሥራ አስኪያጅ — ባህር ዳር

We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow Demoz's customer base in the Bahir Dar region. You will connect with business owners and HR teams in the Amhara region, demonstrate the platform, and help companies transition to modern payroll.

በባህር ዳር ክልል የ Demoz ን የደንበኛ መሠረት ለማሳደግ የክልል ሽያጭ ሥራ አስኪያጅ እየቀጠርን ነው። በአማራ ክልል ካሉ የንግድ ባለቤቶች እና የ HR ቡድኖች ጋር ይገናኛሉ፣ መድረኩን ያሳያሉ፣ እና ኩባንያዎች ወደ ዘመናዊ ደመወዝ እንዲሸጋገሩ ይረዳሉ።

• Identify and qualify prospective business clients in the Bahir Dar region
• Conduct product demonstrations and present Demoz's value proposition
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with small and mid-size businesses
• Develop relationships with local business associations and HR networks
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Gather customer feedback and relay product improvement suggestions to the team
• Represent Demoz at local business events and networking opportunities

• ወርሃዊ እና ሩብ ዓመታዊ የሽያጭ ግቦችን ያሟሉ ወይም ያልፉ
• የደንበኛ ግብረ መልስ ይሰብስቡ እና የምርት ማሻሻያ ሃሳቦችን ለቡድኑ ያስተላልፉ
• Demoz ን በአካባቢ የንግድ ዝግጅቶች እና የኔትወርኪንግ እድሎች ላይ ይወክሉ

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the Ethiopian business landscape
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Amharic and English
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bahir Dar

• Experience selling HR or payroll software
• Existing network of business contacts in the Amhara region
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
