Regional Sales Manager — Adama የክልል ሽያጭ ሥራ አስኪያጅ — አዳማ

We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to build Demoz's presence in Adama and the Oromia region. You will engage with local businesses, present our payroll platform, and drive adoption among companies looking to modernize their payroll processes.

በአዳማ እና በኦሮሚያ ክልል የ Demoz ን ተገኝነት ለመገንባት የክልል ሽያጭ ሥራ አስኪያጅ እየቀጠርን ነው። ከአካባቢ ንግዶች ጋር ይሳተፋሉ፣ የደመወዝ መድረካችንን ያቀርባሉ፣ እና የደመወዝ ሂደታቸውን ለማዘመን የሚፈልጉ ኩባንያዎች ዘንድ ተቀባይነትን ያሳድጋሉ።

• Identify and qualify prospective business clients in the Adama region
• Conduct product demonstrations and present Demoz's value proposition
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with small and mid-size businesses
• Develop relationships with local business associations and HR networks
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Gather customer feedback and relay product improvement suggestions to the team
• Represent Demoz at local business events and networking opportunities

• ከአካባቢ ንግድ ማኅበራት እና የ HR ኔትወርኮች ጋር ግንኙነት ይገንቡ
• ወርሃዊ እና ሩብ ዓመታዊ የሽያጭ ግቦችን ያሟሉ ወይም ያልፉ
• የደንበኛ ግብረ መልስ ይሰብስቡ እና የምርት ማሻሻያ ሃሳቦችን ለቡድኑ ያስተላልፉ
• Demoz ን በአካባቢ የንግድ ዝግጅቶች እና የኔትወርኪንግ እድሎች ላይ ይወክሉ

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of the Ethiopian business landscape
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Amharic and English; Afaan Oromo is a plus
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Based in or willing to relocate to Adama

• Experience selling HR or payroll software
• Existing network of business contacts in the Oromia region
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
