QA Engineer የጥራት ማረጋገጫ መሐንዲስ

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of the Demoz payroll platform. You will design and execute test plans, identify bugs, and work closely with developers to deliver a product that thousands of Ethiopian businesses depend on every month.

• Design and execute manual and automated test plans for web application features
• Write and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing
• Verify payroll calculations, tax computations, and pension deductions for accuracy
• Test across multiple browsers, devices, and screen sizes
• Identify, document, and track bugs using our issue tracking system
• Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve defects
• Validate data integrity across database operations and exports
• Participate in sprint planning and provide effort estimates for QA tasks

• ጉድለቶችን ለማባዛት እና ለመፍታት ከገንቢዎች ጋር ይተባበሩ
• በመረጃ ቋት ስራዎች እና ኤክስፖርቶች ላይ የመረጃ ትክክለኛነትን ያረጋግጡ
• በ sprint ዕቅድ ይሳተፉ እና ለ QA ተግባራት የጥረት ግምቶችን ይስጡ

• 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies
• Familiarity with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good communication skills in English and Amharic
• Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)

• 2+ ዓመት የሶፍትዌር ጥራት ማረጋገጫ ልምድ
• በእጅ እና በራስ-ሰር የሙከራ ዘዴዎች ልምድ
• ከሙከራ አውቶሜሽን መሣሪያዎች (Selenium፣ Cypress፣ ወይም ተመሳሳይ) ጋር ዕውቀት
• የድር ቴክኖሎጂዎችን (HTML፣ CSS፣ JavaScript) መረዳት
• ጠንካራ ዝርዝር ትኩረት እና ትንተናዊ አስተሳሰብ
• በእንግሊዝኛ እና በአማርኛ ጥሩ የግንኙነት ችሎታ
• ከስህተት ክትትል መሣሪያዎች (Jira፣ Linear፣ ወይም ተመሳሳይ) ጋር ልምድ

• Experience testing financial or payroll software
• Knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations and payroll processes
• Experience with API testing (Postman, REST)
• Familiarity with Python and Flask
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
