Customer Support Agent የደንበኛ ድጋፍ ወኪል

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent based in Dire Dawa or Hawassa to provide regional support to Demoz customers. You will help customers resolve issues and get the most out of the platform.

በድሬ ዳዋ ወይም ሐዋሳ ተመስርተው ለ Demoz ደንበኞች ክልላዊ ድጋፍ ለመስጠት የደንበኛ ድጋፍ ወኪል እንፈልጋለን። ደንበኞች ችግሮችን እንዲፈቱ እና ከመድረኩ ከፍተኛውን እንዲያገኙ ይረዳሉ።

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely manner
• Provide in-person support for local customers when needed
• Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, employee management, and exports
• Guide customers through platform features and best practices
• Document and escalate complex issues to the engineering team
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Demoz platform and new features
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved

• ከደመወዝ ሂደት፣ ሰራተኛ አስተዳደር፣ እና ኤክስፖርቶች ጋር የተያያዙ ችግሮችን ያስተካክሉ
• ደንበኞችን በመድረክ ባህሪያት እና ምርጥ ልምዶች ውስጥ ይምሩ
• ውስብስብ ችግሮችን ለምህንድስና ቡድን ያስመዝግቡ እና ያስተላልፉ
• ስለ Demoz መድረክ እና አዲስ ባህሪያት ወቅታዊ ዕውቀት ያቆዩ
• ችግሮች ሙሉ በሙሉ መፈታታቸውን ለማረጋገጥ ከደንበኞች ጋር ይከታተሉ

• 1+ years of experience in customer support or service roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Amharic and English
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-first mindset
• Comfortable with technology and ability to learn software quickly
• Based in Dire Dawa or Hawassa

• 1+ ዓመት በደንበኛ ድጋፍ ወይም አገልግሎት ሚናዎች ልምድ
• በአማርኛ እና እንግሊዝኛ ጠንካራ የንግግር እና የጽሁፍ ግንኙነት ችሎታ
• ታጋሽ፣ ርኅራኄ ያለው፣ እና ደንበኛ ቅድሚያ የሚሰጥ አስተሳሰብ
• ከቴክኖሎጂ ጋር ምቹ እና ሶፍትዌር በፍጥነት የመማር ችሎታ
• በድሬ ዳዋ ወይም ሐዋሳ የሚኖር

• Experience supporting payroll, HR, or accounting software
• Knowledge of Ethiopian tax and payroll concepts
