Customer Onboarding Specialist — Bahir Dar የደንበኛ ማስተዋወቂያ ስፔሻሊስት — ባህር ዳር

We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist based in Bahir Dar to help businesses in the Amhara region get started with Demoz. You will provide hands-on support during setup and ensure a smooth transition to modern payroll.

በባህር ዳር ተመስርተው በአማራ ክልል ያሉ ንግዶች ከ Demoz ጋር እንዲጀምሩ ለመርዳት የደንበኛ ማስተዋወቂያ ስፔሻሊስት እንፈልጋለን። በማዋቀር ወቅት ተግባራዊ ድጋፍ ይሰጣሉ እና ወደ ዘመናዊ ደመወዝ ስላሳ ሽግግር ያረጋግጣሉ።

• Guide new customers through the Demoz onboarding process from signup to first payroll
• Help customers import employee data, configure tax settings, and set up departments
• Conduct training sessions via phone, video call, or in-person visits
• Provide on-site support for businesses in the Bahir Dar area
• Troubleshoot setup issues and coordinate with engineering when needed
• Track onboarding progress and ensure timely completion for each customer
• Gather feedback from new customers and suggest process improvements

• አዲስ ደንበኞችን ከምዝገባ እስከ መጀመሪያ ደመወዝ በ Demoz ማስተዋወቂያ ሂደት ውስጥ ይምሩ
• ደንበኞች የሰራተኛ መረጃ እንዲያስገቡ፣ የግብር ቅንብሮችን እንዲያዋቅሩ፣ እና ክፍሎችን እንዲያቀናጁ ይርዷቸው
• በስልክ፣ በቪዲዮ ጥሪ፣ ወይም በአካል ጉብኝት የስልጠና ክፍለ ጊዜዎችን ያካሂዱ
• በባህር ዳር አካባቢ ለንግዶች በአካል ድጋፍ ይስጡ
• የማዋቀር ችግሮችን ያስተካክሉ እና አስፈላጊ ሲሆን ከምህንድስና ጋር ያስተባብሩ
• የማስተዋወቂያ ሂደትን ይከታተሉ እና ለእያንዳንዱ ደንበኛ ወቅታዊ ማጠናቀቅን ያረጋግጡ
• ከአዲስ ደንበኞች ግብረ መልስ ይሰብስቡ እና የሂደት ማሻሻያዎችን ይጠቁሙ

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or training roles
• Strong understanding of payroll concepts and Ethiopian tax regulations
• Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English
• Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused mindset
• Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software quickly
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bahir Dar

• ከቴክኖሎጂ ጋር ምቹ እና አዲስ ሶፍትዌር በፍጥነት የመማር ችሎታ
• በባህር ዳር የሚኖር ወይም ለመዛወር ፈቃደኛ

• Experience in payroll or HR software
• Knowledge of Ethiopian pension and labor regulations
• Existing relationships with businesses in the Amhara region
